Nick Reid, one of our 6th Class Girls Leads is heading to Poland and Ukraine on the 3rd February, to deliver as much vital supplies as we can to those most in need and we are calling out to our Bray HC family to help Nick and the team raise as much money as we can in the next number of weeks for Colette’s ‘Aid for Orphans’ Go Fund Me page https://www.gofundme.com/f/3q2a4-aid-for-orphans

The team already have three vans and 7 x 20kg bags on the flight out that has clothes and toys for children in the three orphanages they will be visiting. Additionally, they are taking medical supplies, warm thermals, solar lighting, gas cookers, medicines, and many other vital pieces of equipment, together with 8 x generators that have been sourced and paid for through fundraising and sponsorship initiatives.

Any additional monies raised will go directly towards the purchase of additional supplies in Poland and then to shuttle them across the border into pre-designated and highlighted places where help is most needed.

It is a difficult time for many people, we understand that, and everyone does their bit in their own way, however any support we can muster from the local community over the next number of weeks will be welcomed, the more money they can raise, the more lives they can save.
