Please note that Hockey Ireland require all persons involved in hockey to be registered and paid in order to be covered by the personal insurance policy. This includes all players, coaches, umpires, at all levels and all ages.

This can be done via the hockey.ie website and select "pay your membership now"

If you / your family already have a Hockey Ireland profile your previously used email should prepopulate the form.

Please do complete this without delay as there is an approximate seven (7) day lapse before process is completed and insurance applies and you / your child are not covered in the interim.
